I am an EMDR Europe accredited therapist in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

This is a therapy which reduces distress and supports the brain in processing trauma.

I can offer you a confidential, professional and compassionate service, working with you on difficulties that you may be experiencing with your mental health. I am based in Falmouth, Cornwall. 

I recognise it takes courage to address any challenges that you may be experiencing. I will always try to make you feel comfortable in our sessions and set goals that will support your recovery.
